My current method is having a repeating story and then having people annotate the single task within the story - but this gets lame.

posted 9/21/09I would recommend using a tag, "Doc needed" or something similar, and then creating a custom view on the User Stories page that filters on this tag. This particular scenario is one of the main reasons we built the tag feature, so let us know what feedback you have when you try to use this.
