At 10:17 AM MDT we implemented a change to Rally and by 10:21 AM MDT Rally was again available and stable. We are still researching the root cause of the issue. Please email rallysupport@rallydev.com if you have any questions or are still encountering problems.

At 10:15 AM MDT Rally started experiencing intermittent network connectivity issues. We are currently working to resolve this issue as quickly as possible. We will post new information as we have it.
