Marking Stories/Tasks as 'Customer Documentation Affecting'
    summary:

Is it possible to mark stories/tasks as 'customer documentation affecting' (and create a view for them later)?

    full description:

    Hi,

I'm trying to deal w/ my doc. team - Grrr!!!!

I'm wondering if there is a way to (per-sprint) to allow developers to mark their stories/tasks as 'customer documentation affecting'  - so that our doc. team could peruse the per sprint stories/tasks later and see what development changes affect customer facing tasks. And if its possible to create a view on tasks that have been annotated as 'customer documentation affecting'.

We don't have our doc. team in our daily scrums before you ask - sorry

    Thanks very much,

    Tehmasp

I would recommend using a tag, "Doc needed" or something similar, and then creating a custom view on the User Stories page that filters on this tag.  This particular scenario is one of the main reasons we built the tag feature, so let us know what feedback you have when you try to use this.

      OK - cool - I think I've overlooked the 'tag's this whole time :)

My current method is having a repeating story and then having people annotate the single task within the story - but this gets lame.

      thanks Alex!
