    File upload error
    Summary:

    I am getting an error whenever I try to upload a file.

    Full Description:

    Anywere I try to upload a file I get an error message that says:

    We're Sorry!

    Upload Error An error occurred while uploading the file.

    Please try again.

    I have tired using Chrome and Firefox but I get the same error.  I first got this error when trying to upload an image for my profile, but I also got it trying to add an attachment to a story.

      Hi Daryl,

      Hmm, that's interesting.  Do you still receive this error message when trying to upload an image to your profile or attach to a story?  I've been combing our logs looking for an exception but have been unsuccessful to date. 

      If you are still receiving this error, I'd like to start a Support case and work through some of the technical troubleshooting with you offline.

      Please let me know if you are still experiencing issues and we'll go from there.
