Integrated Agile Lifecycle Management - A Rally customer case study

Valtech is a Rally service delivery partner in the US and Europe, complementing our geographic capacity and course offering curriculum.   This two-day conference invites leading software organizations and practitioners to present on topics ranging from agility to architectural considerations and emerging technologies.

I attended the conference to present a case study on how Rally is enabling large software organizations to tool agile teams in ways that preserve existing investments and unify organizational, technical and role-based silos.

Rally's progressive integration strategy is bringing new freedom to the tooling decisions that face agile teams -- Look for an enhanced Rally whitepaper on this first iteration early next year.
